Program Manager (Associate Deputy Director), GS-0301-15, Office of
Museum Services
As the Associate Deputy Director of Office of Museum Services, the incumbent oversees the largest
federal grant program devoted specifically to funding museums. Advises the Deputy Director regarding
the policy on the implementation and improvement of existing programs; the development of new grant
programs; advancement of special initiatives; advise the Deputy Director and agency Director regarding
the agency museum program policy; coordination with other senior level staff to advance the work of the
agency; liaison to service providers; and representation of agency programs, policy and interests to museums
constituents, the general public and special interest groups.
Senior Grant Program Specialist, GS-0301-13
This is the position of Grant Program Specialist in the Discretionary Programs Division,
Office of Library Services (OLS). The incumbent participates in the grant review
and award process and in the administration of a program that awards competitive
grants on an annual basis.
