Los Coyotes Band of Cahuilla and Cupeno Indians

The Los Coyotes Band of Indians Library plans to augment its programs focused on mitigating the challenges faced by youth in this rural, underserved community of San Diego County, California. Because few middle and high school students have access to the internet at home, the library will provide dedicated learning spaces with reliable connectivity. To support learning, youth also will have access to journals and other educational materials online. The library will increase the hours of the Youth Programs Coordinator to ensure the needs of the community are being met.
