Partnership to Hold Technical Assistance Audioconferences for
Community Collaboration Grant Applicants

WASHINGTON, DC—The Partnership for a Nation of Learners (PNL), a leadership initiative of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) and the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), will host two audio conferences to assist potential applicants for Community Collaboration Grants in fiscal year 2006. In FY05, PNL awarded seven Community Collaboration Grants totaling $1.4 million. The grant program is designed to help build and strengthen working relationships among libraries, museums, and public broadcasting licensees. The deadline for the program’s second year of funding is March 1, 2006.

Applicants for the 2006 PNL Community Collaboration Grant have two opportunities to participate in technical assistance audio conference calls:

January 9, 2006 2:00-3:00 PM ET and
February 8, 2006 2:00-3:00 PM ET.

The phone number for the call is (866) 814-8482.
The conference you want to join is "Partnership for a Nation of Learners."
Registration not required.

Visit http://www.partnershipforlearners.org for information about Community Collaboration Grants and other PNL resources.
