General Terms and Conditions for IMLS Discretionary Awards

Please read the General Terms and Conditions for IMLS Discretionary Awards. It is your responsibility to be familiar with this document and to comply with its requirements.

The award date is listed on your Official Award Notification. It is different from the start date of your period of performance.

Performance Reporting

Submit your performance report directly online through eGMS Reach by following the instructions below.

Interim Performance Report for Discretionary Grants

Performance Report for Native American Library Services Basic Grants

A failure to submit reports on a timely basis may result in delayed payments and the suspension of action on pending applications.

Financial Reporting

Complete all interim and final financial reports through your eGMS Reach account. Find the form using the Forms & Reports tab. Click here for easy-to-follow Federal Financial Report Form Instructions (PDF, 229KB).

If you have questions about the financial report, please email imlsreporting@imls.gov and reference your award number in the ‘Subject’ of your email.

Requesting Payment

Submit a payment request through your eGMS Reach account using the Payments tab. If the payment request is incomplete or inaccurate, payment will be delayed. Click here for easy-to-follow Payment Request Instructions (PDF, 194 KB).
