Getting Started

Please read the General Terms and Conditions for IMLS Discretionary Awards. It is your responsibility to be familiar with this document and to comply with its requirements.

The award date is listed on your Official Award Notification. It is not the same date as when the project begins.

 

Interim Reporting

Failure to submit reports on a timely basis may result in delayed payments and the suspension of action on pending applications.

Performance Reports

The award date is listed on your Official Award Notification. It is not the same date as when the project begins.

Financial Reports (SF-425)

If you have questions about the SF-425, please email grantsadmin@imls.gov and reference the award number in the ‘Subject’ of the email. You can also call an OCFO staff member at 202-653-4737.

Submitting Reports

Reports should be emailed in PDF format to imlsreporting@imls.gov. The award number must be referenced in the ‘Subject’ of the email. If you do not have the capability to email PDF documents, please email grantsadmin@imls.gov for assistance.

If the SF-270 form is incomplete or inaccurate, payment will be delayed.
