IMLS now has its own YouTube Channel! From time to time we will use this space to draw your attention to a  video on our channel that provides an example of what's working in museums and libraries. First up is a feature about an IMLS-funded career training program of the Chicago Botanic Garden. The video, which was developed as part of the evaluation of Museums for America (MFA), IMLS’s largest museum grant program, shows how the garden used an MFA grant to establish the North Lawndale Green Youth Farm, a program serving high school youth in one of the city's poorest neighborhoods. Museums for America supports institutions by investing in high-priority, high-value activities that are clearly linked to the institution's strategic plan and enhance its value to its community.  It has helped hundreds of museums provide transformational learning experiences, care for important collections, and create partnerships that strengthen communities. http://youtu.be/HaTrWu4PjnY?t=1s
