Toledo-Lucas County Public Library stands out as a true connector in their community. When their community perception poll pointed to literacy and technology access needs, Toledo Lucas County Public Library expanded programs and secured support for a digital equity gap analysis. Instead of creating new offerings, they strove to amplify the work of their partner organizations throughout all 20 of their branch locations. They also exemplify inclusive services, through a recently implemented language access policy, text magnifier stations, and accessibility audits.
