Lakeshores Library System

The Lakeshores Library System in Waterford, Wisconsin, will improve patron services by enhancing the online presence of its member libraries to help share relevant information with their communities. The system currently includes 15 libraries in Walworth and Racine Counties, and also provides services to the Waterford Union High School Library and the Racine Correctional Institution. As library system staff responded to the flurry of changes in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, they realized that many member libraries did not have the ability to maintain an online presence. In collaboration with the Arrowhead Library System, the Lakeshores Library System will support member libraries in updating their websites, mobile apps, and social media.
