Tucson Botanical Gardens

In this three-year project, the Tucson Botanical Gardens, in partnership with the Tucson-Pima Public Library, will design and implement, "Desert Connections", a program that will seek to raise awareness and foster appreciation for desert plants and animals by encouraging homeowners to create "desert friendly" lawns and gardens, with partners developing interactive web pages, public programs, educational materials, and a traveling exhibit for libraries and special events.
