The Arkansas State Library will use funds under the CARES Act to prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus; to expand digital network access, purchase internet accessible devices, and provide technical support services. They will continue to support the goals of their Five-Year Plan for FY 2018-2022. In Arkansas, specific goals address 1) Enhancing access to information; 2) Providing training and professional development to the state's library workforce; 3) Providing programs and services to targeted audiences; and 4) Enhancing the technological environment of Arkansas libraries.
