Library of Michigan

The Library of Michigan will use funds under the CARES Act to prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus; to expand digital network access, purchase internet accessible devices, and provide technical support services.  They will continue to support the goals of their Five-Year Plan for FY 2018-2022. In Michigan, specific goals address 1) providing Michigan residents with equal access to information resources in various formats for lifelong learning; 2) offering Michigan residents access to current services and training support through their libraries; 3) offering support to communities through collective impact initiatives and community engagement; and 4) providing residents with Michigan’s historical and cultural collections for lifelong learning.
