Indiana University (Eskanazi Museum of Art)

The Indiana University Eskanazi Museum of Art will increase museum staff’s technological literacy through a comprehensive professional development program in the development and implementation of digital technology tools. Project activities will focus on training in three areas: business processes and workflows, accessibility, and evaluation. Led by museum staff with support from consultants, the project activities will provide museum staff, particularly those who develop outward-facing programs, with the critical skills they need to create and disseminate of digital programs and activities. The project activities will increase museum staff’s capacity to use digital tools, helping to extend the museum’s reach to communities throughout Indiana and beyond.
