Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation

The Yakama Nation Library will support reading and digital literacy skills by improving community access to digital resources. Access to information online became even more critical during the pandemic and remains so as the Yakama Nationbegins to open up again. They plan to offer new online resources including eBooks, databases, and other digital materials to serve patrons' educational and recreational purposes. Library staff will participate in the annual conference of the Association of Tribal Archives, Libraries, and Museums and other library-related conferences and trainings to gain insights on programming opportunities and knowledge of current library innovations and techniques.
