OMB Updates 2 C.F.R. part 200

On August 13, 2020, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) published revisions to the uniform grant regulations (2 C.F.R. part 200).  Most of the revisions became effective on November 12, 2020.  However, the following two revisions became effective August 13, 2020:

  • § 200.216 Prohibition on Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment
  • § 200.340 Termination

The award date is listed on your Official Award Notification. It is not the same date as when the project begins.

Performance Reporting

Submit your performance report in PDF format through your eGMS Reach account using the Forms & Reports tab. A failure to submit reports on a timely basis may result in delayed payments and the suspension of action on pending applications.

Financial Reporting

Complete all interim and final financial reports through your eGMS Reach account. Find the form using the Forms & Reports tab. Click here for easy-to-follow Federal Financial Report Form Instructions (PDF, 177KB).

Requesting Payment

Submit a payment request through your eGMS Reach account using the Payments Tab. If the payment request is incomplete or inaccurate, payment will be delayed. Click here for easy-to-follow Payment Request Instructions (PDF, 194 KB).
