Museo de arte de Puerto Rico

The Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico will undertake a comprehensive staff onboarding and professional development initiative to include all staff, volunteers, and docents. The project will establish a baseline for internal stakeholder-wide knowledge on core institutional topics and revise and improve the museum's existing protocols and materials for onboarding and new employee and internal stakeholder training. Dynamic onboarding modules will ensure that all employees and others within our community of internal stakeholders have comprehensive awareness of the museum’s mission and vision, values, daily operations, roles, and responsibilities.
