Museum of Russian Art

The Museum of Russian Art will implement the Lighting Control System project, with assistance from Gopher Stage Lighting, Inc., to replace the antiquated lighting control system for the exhibition galleries of the museum. This system is comprised of four new processors, with a portable touchscreen to control the system from remote locations, and five ethernet plug-in stations, also for remote access. Five button stations, to control specific areas of the system in the galleries, along with four new dimmer rack panels, are included, as well. Museum staff will benefit from this new system due to its simpler operation. Staff will be able to easily restart the system in the event of power outages. Museum visitors will benefit, as the reliability of this system will ensure uninterrupted viewing of artworks and enjoyment of programs in the galleries.
