Kids Discovery Factory

The Kids Discovery Factory will establish a sustainable, community-centered membership program that enhances accessibility and engagement for families across southeastern Indiana. This initiative responds to a strong community demand for affordable, frequent museum access, allowing families with children ages 0–14 to benefit from ongoing educational experiences in a region with limited informal learning resources. The project involves creating flexible membership packages, implementing membership management software, setting up physical and digital membership card systems, and crafting policies that support accessibility and community needs. The primary audience for the Museum Membership Project is families with children ages birth to 14 within eight target counties: Ripley, Franklin, Dearborn, Decatur, Jefferson, Jennings, Ohio, and Switzerland.
