Bozeman Art Museum

The Bozeman Art Museum will hire a full-time Education Director to lead, expand, and evaluate all museum-based and community-based teaching programs. The Education Director will oversee curriculum development aligned with state standards, manage teaching artists and volunteers, build partnerships with public schools and libraries, and expand access to rural and underserved students. Intended results include increased access to sequential, standards-aligned arts education; improved student engagement, creativity, and visual literacy; strengthened institutional capacity through formalized curriculum frameworks and evaluation systems; and expanded community partnerships. Primary beneficiaries include elementary and middle school students lacking consistent arts instruction, classroom teachers seeking arts integration support, families participating in after-school and holiday programs, and community members engaging in lifelong learning opportunities.
