Seward Museum

Log Number: IGSM-260383-OMS-26

The Seward Museum will upgrade its WWII exhibit by adding museum reader rails, interpretative videos, and a mural. Reader rails provide a cleaner and more contemporary look that will complement the space and, more importantly, are designed to be accessible to all visitors, including those with disabilities. The museum will also create three narrated summary videos, using images and a script written by the museum, to share Seward’s WWII history, including Fort McGilvray, Fort Raymond, and the social impact on the town. This project will benefit seasonal visitors, the community, volunteers, and veterans’ family members.
