Flower Hill Center

Flower Hill Center will rehouse, organize, and temporarily relocate its historic library collection in preparation for critical structural building repairs. Museum staff and student interns will assess and rehouse items in archival containers and relocate them to an off-site storage facility. The project will protect historically significant materials during structural repairs while improving the long-term preservation, management, and accessibility of the library collection. The primary beneficiaries of the project are students, historians, and researchers who rely on access to the library’s materials for scholarship related to Texas history, law, literature, and regional cultural development.
