The Alaska State Library will use funds to support the goals of their Five-Year Plan for FY 2013-2017, which reflect the purposes and priorities of the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA). In Alaska, specific goals address 1) Supporting lifelong learning opportunities for all Alaskans; 2) Providing access to content in current and emerging formats for all Alaskans; and 3) Exploring evolving roles as anchor institutions that benefit their communities.
