The Idaho Commission for Libraries will use funds to support the goals of their Five-Year Plan for FY 2013-2017, which reflect the purposes and priorities of the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA). In Idaho, specific goals address 1) Awareness and understanding of the disparate ways information is accessed and processed create useful and valued library services; 2) Identifying Idaho libraries as vital; 3) Libraries reaching out to all segments of Idaho's populations; 4) Libraries flourishing as a central place in a learning society; and 5) Empowering service development and delivery and inspires a passionate commitment to libraries.
