The Nebraska Library Commission will use funds to support the goals of their Five-Year Plan for FY 2013-2017, which reflect the purposes and priorities of the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA). The goals of the Commission include: 1) all Nebraskans will benefit from life-long learning and cultural enrichment delivered through their library programs and services; and 2) library staff and supporters will have the tools and skills to provide and sustain needed programs and services to their target audiences.
