Wyoming State Library will use funds to support the goals of their Five-Year Plan for FY 2013-2017, which reflect the purposes and priorities of the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA). The State Library will continue as the leadership agency that designs, facilitates and supports efficiencies, cooperative projects and information products that enhance and improve the statewide development of libraries. It will also build capacity for learning, change and innovation in the Wyoming Library Community.
