The Oregon State Library will use funds under the CARES Act to prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus; to expand digital network access, purchase internet accessible devices, and provide technical support services. They will continue to support the goals of their Five-Year Plan for FY 2018-2022. The goals include: 1) provide access to library services, materials, and information resources; 2) use technology to increase capacity to provide access to library services, materials, and information resources; 3) promote evidence-based practice in libraries; 4) develop information literacy skills; and 5) foster lifelong learning.
