The Republic of Palau will use funds under the CARES Act to prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus; to expand digital network access, purchase internet accessible devices, and provide technical support services.  They will continue to support the goals of their Five-Year Plan for FY 2018-2022. In Palau, specific goals address 1) updating and expanding the library collection; 2) acquiring and upgrading technology infrastructure; 3) providing trainings and development for the library workforce; and 4) maintaining and enhancing the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC).
