New Museum Los Gatos

The New Museum Los Gatos will undertake a project to identify, inventory, and catalog approximately 3,000 objects from the 1800s through today. Building upon previous efforts, staff will complete the inventory, update catalog records, and make these collections accessible online for the first time. In addition, the museum will update its collections management policies and create a formal collections accession plan. At the conclusion of the project, museum staff will have greater intellectual control over the collections and the ability to make them more accessible to a broader historical scholarship community.
