National Navy UDT-SEAL Museum

The National Navy UDT-SEAL Museum will use funds to create an interactive and immersive experience that will bring history to life through holographic interpretation. Museum staff, working with professional exhibit designers, will update an existing exhibit about the rescue of Captain Richard Phillips from Somali pirates in 2009. In addition, Navy historians will be consulted to validate content and ensure historical accuracy. To complete the upgrade, a contractor will scan artifacts and create software to display the digital images through a holographic presentation.
