SITE Santa Fe

SITE Santa Fe will execute an institutional plan designed to increase internal capacity for diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion (DEAI) activities, work that will be guided by a team of consultants. Project activities will include an assessment and revision of the existing institutional DEAI plan, professional development for museum staff and board members, a review of all human resources policies, and ongoing evaluation of institutional progress. Additionally, an assessment will be conducted to identify areas of SITE’s facility that could be improved and made more accessible to employees of all abilities. Project activities will result in the introduction of equitable systems throughout the museum, increasing its relevancy and ability to serve as a hub for community learning and cultural exchange.
