Aviation Museum of New Hampshire

The Aviation Museum of New Hampshire will improve its customer relationship management systems by migrating visitor and member data into new systems. For the project, museum staff will integrate existing and historic membership records and generate data about alumni of the museum’s education programs. Staff will generate electronic membership cards that allow members to check in upon entry to the museum and access lending privileges through the museum’s library. The new technological system will allow museum staff to readily search its customer relationship management system, maintain better records for educational programs, and use data to improve educational experiences for students and visitors.
