South Carolina Civil Rights Museum

The South Carolina Civil Rights Museum will engage a full-time executive director to build the capacity of the museum to serve its community. The new executive director will lead the museum while relocating closer to the heart of Orangeburg, a move that will require a capable and visionary leader to be able to facilitate meticulous planning and execution effectively. The executive director will be able to focus on generating resources for sustainability, developing museum best practices, creating more opportunities for programs, and expanding the museum’s partnerships and collaborations across South Carolina.
