Citizen Potawatomi Nation

The Citizen Potawatomi Nation Cultural Heritage Center will create ten outdoor educational displays at sites of historical or cultural significance around the Nation’s public grounds. The signage will be equipped with QR codes to access a self-directed alternate reality (AR) content delivery platform, providing information on Potawatomi history and culture via visitors’ personal devices. This project will support designing, printing, and installing the ten displays, as well as producing 2D and 3D content for use in the AR platform. As a result of the new displays, Potawatomi Tribal members, other Native American community members, and the general public will increase their knowledge and understanding of Potawatomi origins, history, and culture.
