Chippewa Cree Tribe

The Chippewa Cree Tribe will enhance the available library services for all community members in their rural location. The project will establish a Cree-ative space at the library that features individual and group presentations on cultural teachings. It will also support summer reading events, cultural workshops with local artists, and a range of library community events, many with a planned cultural education focus. In addition to these outward-facing activities, the library will invest in software and technical services that support its archive collections, as well as personnel to carry out its many project activities.
