Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa

Ginanda Gikendaasomin Library, located in remote northern Wisconsin, will enhance community well-being through promoting the Ojibwemowin language, Indigenized Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEM) and Tribal farm & food sovereignty programming, and digital literacy. Grant funds will support weekly Ojibwemowin classes, a summer STEM camp, cultural workshops, and digital literacy training. The project will benefit the entire Red Cliff community, engaging school-age youth, teens, young adults and elders.
