Log Number: NL-30-01-0007-01

This partnership between The Cable Natural History Museum, The Drummond Public Library, Forest Lodge Library, Hayward Carnegie Library, Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwa Community College Library and WOJB-FM, a public radio station owned and operated by the Lac Courte Oreilles Band of the Ojibwa, addresses the needs of rural northern Wisconsin in a two-year project to promote environmental stewardship. The partnership members will offer the opportunity for twelve citizens – both Native and non-Native Americans – to become new voices for the environment through paid internships in journalism and literary non-fiction.
