Worcester County Public Schools will advance their school libraries through a Community of Practice model tailored to adapt to their changing student needs. The project will include revising their strategic library plan, implementing continuous improvement cycles, and establishing regular Community of Practice meetings for ongoing professional development and monitoring. The project will empower librarians to proactively meet evolving needs through improved resource allocation, program development, and community engagement. Collaborations with local, state, and national entities will enable them to share outcomes and best practices widely, fostering scalable models for other districts. This sustainable framework will enhance their capacity to support student success in an ever-changing educational landscape.
